Dan has earned a far-reaching reputation for his intelligent, fast-paced and profit-driven attitude toward business development. He’s served on a number of college advisory boards, been a mentor and board member for business incubators, achieved recognition in multiple publications for his skill in business building and creative approach to problem solving and has led his last two ventures from startup to growth and sale.

As an avid reader, visionary, lifelong learner and servant leadership student, Dan leads Silicon Plains into the future by making sure our shareholders, staff and clients all feel the positive effect of the team he’s built.

Nicole Polk

Owner, Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Nicole has a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Dickinson State University and an MBA from the University of North Dakota. She is an entrepreneur at heart having founded, operated profitably for years and sold two large and highly successful businesses before coming to Silicon Plains.

Nicole has a true passion for leadership, learning and hawkish attention to the bottom line. She makes sure Silicon Plains has the capital to pay our employees well, grow fast and afford the best software and services.
